A highlight of the evening was the recognition of one of our key projects, Lawson House, which won the prestigious Honor Award for Multifamily Residential. This award underscores the remarkable transformation of the historic 1931 Art Deco Lawson House into 409 affordable micro-apartments, aimed at providing high-quality housing for low-income residents in Chicago.

Our made in Chicago cabinetry was chosen to reflect the perfect balance between historical elegance and modern functionality, ensuring that each unit offers both aesthetic appeal and practical solutions.
